पाक को गालियां देने वाला वीडियो हुआ वायरल, कमांडोज को देते हैं ट्रेनिंग
उड़ी हमले के बाद आपमें से कईयों ने एक शख्स के वायरल हुए उस वीडियो को जरूर देखा होगा जिसमें वो शख्स महिलाओं से माफ़ी मांगने के बाद पाकिस्तान की कायराना हमले की निंदा करते हुए भद्दी गालियां दे रहा है। इस वीडियो को अब तक तकरीबन 10 लाख लोग देख चुके हैं। दिलचस्प बात ये है कि शीफूजी को जब आप गूगल पर ढूंढते हैं तो आपको उनके नाम के साथ वर्ल्ड बेस्ट कमांडो ट्रेनर लिखा हुआ नजर आएगा।
भद्दी गालियों को तो कतई जायज नहीं ठहराया जा सकता, लेकिन आपको बता दें कि ये शख्स कोई मामूली देशभक्त भर नहीं, जो भावनाओं में बहकर बेहिसाब गालियां दे रहा है। दरअसल इस शख्स का पूरा नाम सरकारी दस्तबेजो में ग्रांडमास्टर शीफूजी शौर्य भारद्वाज है, जो जबलपुर से नाता रखते हैं। फिलहाल शीफूजी का ठिकाना मुंबई और पुणे में है। शीफूजी फिल्मों में अभिनय कर चुके हैं और इससे भी दिलचस्प बात ये है कि वो भारत के सबसे ख़तरनाक और विशिष्ठ एलीट स्पेशल फोर्सेज को वॉर फ़ेयर की ट्रेनिंग देते हैं। आगे पढ़िए कहां से सीखी शीफूजी ने घातक कलाएं और मार्शल आर्ट साथ ही पढ़िए किस-किस फोर्स को वो अब तक दे चुके ट्रेनिंग…
शीफूजी आप गाली क्यों देते हैं?शीफूजी बाकी सब बाद में, आप इतनी गालियां क्यों देते हैं? इस पर उनका जवाब था क्या आप लिख पाओगे ? ….और फिर शीफूजी ने बेधड़क गालियों की बौछार शुरू कर दी, थोड़ी देर बाद गुस्से से फूल चुके फेफड़ों में सांस भरते हुए शीफूजी कहते हैं- आप ही बताइए गाली न दूँ तो क्या मैं इनकी (पाकिस्तान) की पूजा करूं?।
दरअसल उड़ी हमले के बाद शीफूजी के यूटूब चैनल पर एक वीडियो पोस्ट किया गया था, जिसमें उन्होंने टोकरी भर-भर कर गालियां दी हैं। दिलचस्प ये है कि इस दौरान वो लगातार महिलाओं से माफ़ी भी मांगते नजर आ रहे हैं। इस पर उनका अपना मत है कि जो रेप कर रहे हैं और गाली नहीं दे रहे तो क्या वो बहुत महान हो गए। मैं महिलाओं का कितना सम्मान करता हूँ, इसके लिए मुझे किसी को प्रूफ देने की जरुरत नहीं मेरा मिशन प्रहार काफी है। साथ ही कहा आप मुझे कोई वर्ड बता दीजिए कि मैं उनके लिए क्या यूज़ करूं?
शीफूजी अनपढ़ हैं?शीफूजी आप कितने पढ़े-लिखें हैं? इसका जवाब उन्होंने हमें नहीं दिया और दरख्वास्त की कि उनकी पढाई-लिखी का जब जिक्र हो तब अनपढ़ लिखा जाए। वो कहते हैं इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता, गद्दार तो पढ़े-लिखे भी बैठे हैं। मैंने युद्ध कला की पढाई की है ,युद्ध के नियम पढ़ें हैं, वही अभ्यास भी किए हैं और मैं मात्र बेसिक एजुकेशन पर भरोसा नहीं करता। मैंने जीवन को पढ़ना सीखा है।
क्या है शीफू?शीफू शब्द दरअसल चीन से ताल्लुक रखता है, जहां इसका मीनिंग होता है फादर फ़िगर, धर्मगुरु, स्किलफुल पर्सन या मास्टर। मार्शल आर्ट में भी शीफू शब्द का प्रयोग होता है, जिसके मायने हैं सम्मान। शीफूजी के पास एकाधिकार है शीफु और शीफूजी शब्दों का क्योंकि उनके पास सरकार की ओर से इन दोनो शब्दों का ट्रेड मार्क रजिस्टर है, भारत में उन्हें ग्रांडमास्टर शिफूजी के नाम से भी लोकप्रियता मिल रही है।
…फिर शिफूजी क्या है?शिफूजी बस सिंपल नाम है! ऐसा खुद शिफूजी ने कहा और फिर आगे वो कहते हैं…शिफूजी मेरा ट्रेडमार्क है और एक ब्रांड है। वो कहते हैं मैं भारत का इकलौता ऐसा शख्स हूँ जिसके आधार कार्ड पर अंकित है ग्रांडमास्टर। भारत में शिफूजी नाम यूज़ करने के लिए केवल मैं अधिकृत हूँ! मजेदार बात ये है कि शीफूजी का सिग्नेचर है इंकलाब ज़िन्दाबाद।
क्या शिफूजी कोई आर्मी पर्सन है?इसका जवाब शीफूजी साफ़-साफ़ नहीं देते! वो कहते हैं हर वो शख्स, हर वो बाप जो ईमानदारी से रोटी कमाता है और भारत का सम्मान करता है वो भारत का सिपाही है। शीफूजी जज्बे के मामले में किसी भी आर्मी पर्सन से इस मायने में बेस्ट हैं, क्योंकि वो डेड्लीयस्ट स्पेशल फोर्सेज और काउंटर टेरेरिस्ट ग्रुप के कमांडोज को न केवल एक्सट्रीम सर्वाइवल की ट्रेनिंग देते हैं, बल्कि वॉर फ़ेयर टेक्नीक्स की भी ट्रेनिंग देते हैं।

Important Constitutional And Legal Provisions For Women In India
The principle of gender equality is enshrined in the Indian Constitution in its Preamble, Fundamental Rights, Fundamental Duties and Directive Principles. The Constitution not only grants equality to women, but also empowers the State to adopt measures of positive discrimination in favour of women. Within the framework of a democratic polity, our laws, development policies, Plans and programmes have aimed at women’s advancement in different spheres. India has also ratified various international conventions and human rights instruments committing to secure equal rights of women. Key among them is the ratification of the Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) in 1993.
1. Constitutional Provisions
The Constitution of India not only grants equality to women but also empowers the State to adopt measures of positive discrimination in favour of women for neutralizing the cumulative socio economic, education and political disadvantages faced by them. Fundamental Rights, among others, ensure equality before the law and equal protection of law; prohibits discrimination against any citizen on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, and guarantee equality of opportunity to all citizens in matters relating to employment. Articles 14, 15, 15(3), 16, 39(a), 39(b), 39(c) and 42 of the Constitution are of specific importance in this regard.
Constitutional Privileges
Equality before law for women (Article 14)
The State not to discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them (Article 15 (i))
The State to make any special provision in favour of women and children (Article 15 (3))
Equality of opportunity for all citizens in matters relating to employment or appointment to any office under the State (Article 16)
The State to direct its policy towards securing for men and women equally the right to an adequate means of livelihood (Article 39(a)); and equal pay for equal work for both men and women (Article 39(d))
To promote justice, on a basis of equal opportunity and to provide free legal aid by suitable legislation or scheme or in any other way to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other disabilities (Article 39 A)
The State to make provision for securing just and humane conditions of work and for maternity relief (Article 42)
The State to promote with special care the educational and economic interests of the weaker sections of the people and to protect them from social injustice and all forms of exploitation (Article 46)
The State to raise the level of nutrition and the standard of living of its people (Article 47)
To promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India and to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women (Article 51(A) (e))
Not less than one-third (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes) of the total number of seats to be filled by direct election in every Panchayat to be reserved for women and such seats to be allotted by rotation to different constituencies in a Panchayat (Article 243 D(3))
Not less than one- third of the total number of offices of Chairpersons in the Panchayats at each level to be reserved for women (Article 243 D (4))
Not less than one-third (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes) of the total number of seats to be filled by direct election in every Municipality to be reserved for women and such seats to be allotted by rotation to different constituencies in a Municipality (Article 243 T (3))
Reservation of offices of Chairpersons in Municipalities for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and women in such manner as the legislature of a State may by law provide (Article 243 T (4))
2. Legal Provisions
To uphold the Constitutional mandate, the State has enacted various legislative measures intended to ensure equal rights, to counter social discrimination and various forms of violence and atrocities and to provide support services especially to working women.
Although women may be victims of any of the crimes such as ‘Murder’, ‘Robbery’, ‘Cheating’ etc, the crimes, which are directed specifically against women, are characterized as ‘Crime against Women’. These are broadly classified under two categories.
The Crimes Identified Under the Indian Penal Code (IPC)
Rape (Sec. 376 IPC)
Kidnapping & Abduction for different purposes ( Sec. 363-373)
Homicide for Dowry, Dowry Deaths or their attempts (Sec. 302/304-B IPC)
Torture, both mental and physical (Sec. 498-A IPC)
Molestation (Sec. 354 IPC)
Sexual Harassment (Sec. 509 IPC)
Importation of girls (up to 21 years of age)
The Crimes identified under the Special Laws (SLL)
Although all laws are not gender specific, the provisions of law affecting women significantly have been reviewed periodically and amendments carried out to keep pace with the emerging requirements. Some acts which have special provisions to safeguard women and their interests are:

National Commission for Women
In January 1992, the Government set-up this statutory body with a specific mandate to study and monitor all matters relating to the constitutional and legal safeguards provided for women, review the existing legislation to suggest amendments wherever necessary, etc.
Reservation for Women in Local Self -Government
The 73rd Constitutional Amendment Acts passed in 1992 by Parliament ensure one-third of the total seats for women in all elected offices in local bodies whether in rural areas or urban areas.
The National Plan of Action for the Girl Child (1991-2000)
The plan of Action is to ensure survival, protection and development of the girl child with the ultimate objective of building up a better future for the girl child.
National Policy for the Empowerment of Women, 2001
The Department of Women & Child Development in the Ministry of Human Resource Development has prepared a “National Policy for the Empowerment of Women” in the year 2001. The goal of this policy is to bring about the advancement, development and empowerment of women.

Shifuji donned combat attires which includes the combat insignia alleged to be a lookalike of the Balidan badge, a stiff (worn around the neck), a plain maroon beret, and a pointed mustache.

In the last few months, he has been accused of numerous crimes and slammed by anti-nationalist media. Accused for being a fake, donning a military lookalike dress and being abusive towards critics of India’s sovereignty, integrity and its armed forces. Shifuji is subjected to extreme criticism from various quarters of media which is driven by an agenda to disrobe him of the support and patronage of the Indian masses.
Who is Shifuji?
Shifuji was born in the town of Gurdaspur Punjab, spent most of his life in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab. Born to a Pehalwan and Ustaad of the Kushti Akhara, who retired from the Gun Carriage Factory. His mother was a teacher and worked with the slum dwellers, providing free education to the underprivileged all her life.
Living in a joint family predominant with Armed Forces Personnel, his upbringing was done in accords with the military way. A Child Prodigy he was trained in Khusti, Swimming and various other forms of Martial Arts. Born in the lineage of revolutionaries, his great grandfather was part of the legendary “Hindustan Socialist Republican Association” and was known to be involved in the Kakori Train Heist.
Is Shifuji a fraud – Allegations Vs. Reality
He is regularly accused of donning a military dress, along with a maroon beret, Marcos badge and balidan insignia with it, Often addressed as an army officer by his fans and critics alike, his credentials as a freelance trainer to the armed forces have been questioned. Now that the media and a few anti national elements question his patriotism and even have the guts to ask him about his contribution to the nation.
Shifuji has never stated that he is an army officer, nor has he claimed to be recruited or held any post in the armed forces. His followers and critics alike, have attributed him to be an army officer, though he has always maintained that he has served and trained personnel of the Indian armed forces, para-military forces, police as well as enforcement agencies. He has trained many military units in his long career as a freelance trainer, and is instrumental in developing combat and strategic training programs for both the army and state level forces.
What is the issue about fake military uniform?
Shifuji wears clothes like the armed forces, keeps discipline and fitness along with his fashion sense, these are part of his upbringing. He is accused of wearing a maroon beret, donning a Marcos and a Balidan Badge. The beret and the badge are synonymous to ranks and acknowledgement of exemplary service towards the nation. Also, to note that it is not prohibited by any law that a trainer and mentor while conducting a training session cannot wear camouflaged pants. Attire worn by Shifuji is complete out of his choice and discipline.
On further observation, it was pointed out that Shifuji’s maroon beret is designed similar to the ones worn by the elite forces, the beret worn by Shifuji itself bears no marks of the Indian armed forces, Indian special forces or Indian government. Stating further, he is accused of wearing the Balidan Badge, which is awarded to a rare few. It’s not true! Be noted that the badge worn by Shifuji, is a pattern akin to badges of military ranks and combatants in other part of the world, and worn without any restraint. He wears it printed on a camouflage t-shirt which is not at all a print of Indian armed forces nor does it contain any mark of Indian Special Forces.
The badge worn by Shifuji alleged to be the MARCOS badge was not worn in complete military attire or for that matter even the jacket worn by Shifuji bore a cutout sticker of legendary freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, which is not a protocol of the Indian Armed Forces.
Aggressive, Abusive or Patriotic
Often people call him abusive and aggressive, but then how can someone like Shifuji who has witnessed his family members laid to eternal rest by our treacherous neighbors contain his anger or for that matter anybody who has lost their loved ones protecting us from foreign aggression do so. In any case, for a staunch nationalist like Shifuji the nation comes before his personal views and opinions.
And for those who question the integrity and working of our army are welcome to preach our hostile neighbors humanity and other virtues, who would still not hesitate to pull the trigger even on their friendly “Pseudo-Liberals” whom the Armed Forces nevertheless protect.

No patriot would ever sit silent and watch when our Jawans are dying at the borders, while our politicians are busy eating samosas, and nor would someone like Shifuji, who is a true patriot at heart.
For the masses who have forgotten the true meaning of Nationalism, Shifuji gives some truly sensible lines which would surely come only from the heart of real Indian and a patriot.

For a Country which prides itself being called as ‘Bharat Mata’, India has seen a disturbing trend in the rise of Rape and other heinous acts of assaults being committed against Women. The news of a woman or a minor being raped or assaulted has become a common sight in newspapers these days. The rise in this disturbing trend is backed by the numbers issued by National Crime Records Bureau data. As per the National Crime Records Bureau data, 2015, a total of 34,651 rape cases were reported throughout India in 2015. Out of these, 33,098 were committed by someone known to the victim (95% of the cases). Reference
The lesson that we have learnt from some of the widely covered rape cases has been that after every such incident, a group of politicians simply assure strict actions against the offenders. A certain section of society regularly protests through candle light march. Few social degenerates, even have the audacity to blame women’s clothing and the rise in the use of mobile phones for such events. In spite of all this, very few people from our society have taken efforts to combat against such social evil.
Ask Grandmaster Shifuji Shaurya Bhardwaj, a Pune based Martial Artist, Freelance Commando Trainer and a Motivational Speaker, this number can be reduced only if Self Defence is made compulsory for all the girls across Schools and Colleges in India. “People blame the Government, Police and Law but how many blame themselves for not making self-protection and self-defence training compulsory in India?”, questions Shifuji.

Till date, Shifuji has trained over 39 Lakh woman across India through Mission Prahar with the youngest participant being only two and a half year old and the oldest participant being 87 years old. He has set a goal to train at least 1 Crore woman across all age groups in India.
A true patriot and a staunch lover of his Motherland, Shifuji envisions a day when India will no longer have another Nirbhaya.Through the efforts of Mission Prahar, this goal may soon become a reality.
