It is a 3/5 days Self Defense training program for women of all age group across India. This program is based on a system of scientifically arranged and well graded series of exercises for achieving maximum physical agility and attain excellent body control which helps in fighting back protecting oneself in unforeseen situations.
More than 29 lakhs women are already trained across India and to train 1 crore women is our goal.
